2 cups cooked or canned garbanzo beans (garbanzo liquid as
needed)
3-4 Tbs lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
⅓ cup tahini (sesame butter)
1 tsp onion powder
¼ - ½ tsp salt (to taste)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender, and blend until very smooth. Add liquid asneeded.
2. Taste. Add additional lemon juice, onion powder, garlic, or salt if desired.
