Salad
1 bag Spinach
1 cup chopped Nuts
1/4 cup Cranberries
Directions:
Toss ingredients together
Salad Dressing
2 T honey
2 T water
2/3 cup lemon
1/3 cup olive oil
3 T Maple Syrup
½ t cinnamon
Salt to taste
Directions:
Combine ingredients and chill
