Roasted potatoes

2 pounds potatoes, diced or sliced in wedges
1 Tbsp olive oil 
1-2 tsp salt
Onion powder 
Garlic powder
Italian seasonings
Smoked paprika 
Directions:
Put potatoes in a large bowl. Add oil and toss to coat. Add salt and seasonings and toss again. Put on a sided cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake at 425 for 40-45 minutes.
